I lived in Wigan and was never interested in Liverpool until my friend from Belgium told me how much she loved the city. So I went with her when she went second trip to the city and now I love the city too.

I’ve always thought of Liverpool as a mini New York as they were both historically major ports, multicultural, with a strong anglo-Irish influence, very down to Earth feel and people (okay minus Manhattan), great architecture and great nightlife.

I love Liverpool and I could easily live there. You both had a dream time there and it was fascinating to see places apart from the Beatles museum I would love to visit 👍
